Appointments can be made with the Town Clerk to sign and stamp certificates of life/proof of life for the purposes of pensions and annuities. Appointments are not always necessary but it is advisable to book ahead to ensure the Town Clerk is available at Town Hall.
You will need to provide the following:
- evidence of identity, including date of birth (such as a passport) AND
- proof of current address/place of residence (this should be a utility bill dated within the last three months).
